Dear Colleagues,
The new ExCo of EPSRAS for the term 2023/2024 would like to build upon the successes of the latest ESPRAS meeting in Porto in bringing us all together.
In your roles as leaders of national societies of plastic surgery in Europe and European Societies of Plastic Surgery (EBOPRAS, EASAPS, EURAPS, FESSH, EFSM, EBA), we would greatly appreciate your joining us in person at the next European Leadership Forum to be held in Munich, Germany in March 2023.
The motto of this Meeting will be "Stronger together in Europe!" Our focus will be on developing closer and mutually beneficial collaboration between all of our organisations to support and benefit Plastic Surgery and Plastic Surgeons across Europe in the knowledge that Together, Everyone Achieves More.
Your continued engagement and contributions to the further development of ESPRAS is vital if we are to achieve our vision of being an effective umbrella organisation for Plastic Surgery in Europe. Please join us in an extended ExCo committee to address special common issues such as regulations and legal aspects, academics and registries, breast reconstruction and implants, education and fellowship, plastic surgeons in private practice, young European plastic surgeons and others.
This meeting will function as a Council of Delegates to ratify or modify ExCo proposals regarding the agenda for future development including changes to the constitution, subscriptions for 2024, our new logo and the timing, frequency and location of future ESPRAS meetings.
On this occasion we will also be meeting with EBOPRAS, which will have its meeting from friday afternoon until sunday in the same buildung, to improve our understanding of respective roles and routes of communication. We look forward to pursuing opportunities for future joint meetings with you all.
ESPRAS also intends to improve the communication strategy in Plastic Surgery in Europe by developing a common communication platform in social media for the benefit of national societies.
